MM3-TeachingMachine - Vocabulary Builder mobile app allows you to learn new topics based on predefined questions and answers. It offers two learning methods, one for short term learning, such as exams, and the other for long term memorizing.
It can be used to learn new languages, and also to remember various information, such as capital cities and similar. It comes with a very useful learning feature, which enables you to work less on the things you have already remembered, and more on the things you haven't.
New studying subjects can be created directly from your mobile device, while the lessons for each new subject can be either created directly from your mobile device, or imported from SD Card or Google Drive, in the form of spreadsheets.
Short term studying offers two modes of studying. First is memorize, which is more appropriate for when you are just starting with learning, and shows only questions and answers. Other one is check mode, which is more appropriate for when you have already memorized some of the topic, and you want to test yourself, in the form of choosing if the answer is correct based on the question (learning cards in this mode are optimized by the app, for you to have the most effective learning curve).
When studying short term, you can also choose the lessons you want to study for each subject, direction in the form of question and answer, or reversed, or in both directions, and sequence, which can be random or sequential.
Long term repetitions offer only check mode, and learning content is offered over the course of longer period of time, and is optimized depending on the memorizing progress of different facts. Learning this way makes facts stay in your long term memory.
At the end of each check mode studying session, you will get a statistics, on how many questions were answered correctly and how many wrong, and you're learning progress is also saved.
MM3-TeachingMachine - Vocabulary Builder also comes with a few settings, where you can configure gestures for swiping, along with some other options. Different data, along with learning progress can be exported (or imported) as zip file to SD card, and there is also some free learning material (CSV format) available to download from the Internet.
